Note:
Payments will be made after the end of the billing period in which the entry was submitted.Payments are made in PLN currency. The conversion of the payment is made according to the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Poland on the day of payment. The maximum payment amount is PLN 7,500/(approx. EUR 1,500) per month. The cost of the Pluxee (former Sodexo) card maintenance is 5%.
The cost of the Edenred card maintenance is 4.5%.
Payments up to 2,000 PLN/ approx. 400 EUR per month are tax-free
Payments from 2,000 to 7,500 PLN (400 to 1,500 EUR) per month are taxed at 10%.
Card maintenance fee and tax will be deducted from your remuneration and paid by the company to the tax office. At the end of the year, the Company sends a PIT-8AR declaration to the relevant tax office in this respect.
