Postponed order

Postponed order – convenient, cost-effective, flexible!

Postponed order is a feature on mihi.care that allows you to place your order gradually over up to 7 days, combining multiple purchases into one shipment. The feature is available for Premium Club members.
It's convenient, economical, and helps you make the most of every promotion.

How does it work?

  • Place your order worth at least 40€ (based on catalog prices).
  • At the top of the shopping cart, activate the postponed order option (displayed as “Send at: date”)
  • Choose the courier company, enter the delivery address, and pay for the order.
    Shipping is paid only once – with the first order.

The order is marked as “postponed” and is not packed or handed over to the courier immediately.
Within the next 7 days, you can:

  • ✔️ Add new orders (each from 40€) — with no additional shipping cost.
  • ✔️ Choose the postponed order option — each new order extends the shipping deadline by another 7 calendar days.

The postponed order will automatically move to packing:

  • ✔️ if you click “Send Now” in your personal account,
  • ✔️ if no new additions are made within 7 days,
  • ✔️ or automatically on the 27th of each month, regardless of the creation date.

For example:
A customer places an order for 45€, selects the postponed order option “Send at: date”, enters the address, and pays for delivery — the order is postponed.
After 3 days, the customer places a new order for 42€, again selecting “Send at: date” — no additional shipping cost is charged, and the shipping deadline is extended by 7 more days.
2 days later, the customer clicks “Send Now” — all purchases are combined into one shipment and sent.

Important information:

  • The postponed order feature is available only for Premium Club members based on the results of the previous period.
  • This feature is available only in personal orders. It does not work in i-shop, for unregistered customers, quick purchases, or via multilink.
  • Minimum order amount for each order is 40€ (catalog prices).
  • The payment method for postponed orders is prepaid only.
  • Shipping cost is charged only on the first order of the postponed delivery.
  • Address and courier company are specified only during the first order; they cannot be changed later for this postponed delivery.
  • Cancellation of postponed delivery orders is not possible.
  • While having an unshipped postponed delivery, you can place other separate orders to different addresses without selecting postponed delivery — they will be shipped according to the standard procedure.
  • Every time you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll get one combined invoice for all orders.
  • All orders within one postponed delivery share a single 10-digit number starting with 9.
  • All orders are packed into one parcel.
  • There is no limit to the number of orders in one postponed delivery.
  • Postponed delivery is available in all regions where mihi delivers, except for the United Kingdom.
  • The function is unavailable from the 26th of the month at 23:59 (Polish time) until 23:59 on the last day of the month.
