During Period 5, we encountered a number of force majeure events that prevented us from fully providing you with new and popular products. These include:

1️⃣ Despite the timely arrival of the Cognitive supplement in the country with a complete set of documents, Polish officials, citing long weekends, did not issue us the required permits and continue to prolong the process. As of today, we have provided additional documents and are awaiting permit issuance during the working week.

2️⃣ Our perfume manufacturer did not receive the aroma composition for W14 ordered from France. The supplier let them down and refused to provide new delivery dates. The situation has been resolved. Our perfumers have found a new supplier and the W14 perfume is already in production! We expect it to be delivered in the coming days!

3️⃣ Due to the extended weekends and queue buildup, 3 delivery trucks were delayed, and we indeed experienced a higher than usual deficit in the pre-holiday period. As of today, the delivery schedule has been restored, and the deficit percentage has been minimized.

4️⃣ We are currently out of stock of 2 of your favorite dietary supplements - Fat Burner Weight Loss and Detox formula (13 Active ingredients). Unfortunately, our manufacturer has faced a shortage of raw materials and is in the process of finding new suppliers. The production process has already started, but it takes 4 weeks. Therefore, we have decided to introduce an automatic order system. You can read about how it will work in the next news.

5️⃣ Last night, at the moment of the most active purchases, there was a technical failure on the site. Not everyone was able to buy the set under the promotion, so we are planning an even more interesting promotion! Stay tuned.
