For reaching a new level in the Marketing Plan:4% - 20 points6% - 30 points8% - 50 points10% - 75 points12% - 100 points14% - 150 points17% - 250 points (does not count for Director's Baskets)

For personal sales:For sales of 150€ - 199,99€; → 15 pointsFor sales of 200€ - 299,99€ ; → 25 pointsFor sales of 300€ - 499,99€; → 35 pointsFor sales of 500€ or more; → 50 points

For each Newcomer in your 1st line who completes all 3 steps of the Start Program – 40 points.For increasing the number of active Customers in your 1st line – 5 points for each.*the number of active customers is calculated on the basis of the annual average value. The annual average value is the sum of the active customers over the last 18 periods, divided by 18.

Example

By the end of period 15/2024:You reached the Partner level 12% under the Marketing Plan for the first time – 100 points.Your Personal sales (PV) were 150€ – 15 points.Number of active Customers in your 1st line increased by 10 Customers – 50 points.New Customers who completed 3 steps – 3 Customers – 120 points.Total points for period 15/2024 – 285 points.

You will be able to check your accumulated points and view the selection of gifts in your Personal Office, under the new section "Grow And Get"!

New opportunities to earn points by sharing your knowledge and experience:

1️⃣ Earn 250 points for online training for the mihi community

Who can apply?If you have specialized knowledge in areas such as nutrition, cosmetology, makeup, etc.If you are ready to share your work methods in recruitment, sales, team building and motivation, leadership development, digital tools usage, and more.

Update for 06/2026:

1. Only one application per country per period (catalog) is accepted, according to the following priorities:▪️ Submission date (who applied first)▪️ Presentation topic – priority is given to dietary supplements▪️ Invited specialist (leader or customer from your structure, e.g., dietitian, doctor, nutritionist, etc.)

2. If you want to conduct 2 or more trainings in a period, you can submit applications for different countries.Example: Your language is Italian, but you also know Spanish (or can use a translator) – in this case, you can submit 2 applications (possibly with the same topic) for Italy and Spain.

3. 250 points are awarded if 25+ participants attend the training.The number of participants is verified by the manager at the beginning and end of the training.

4. Applications must be submitted no later than 10 days before the start of the period.Example: Applications for period 6/2026 are accepted until 06.04 inclusive.

Points will be awarded after the training based on the period’s results.

*The company reserves the right to select training programs that we consider effective and necessary at the given moment at its sole discretion.

Earn 50% of the points for each growing Leader in your personal group who reaches a new level of the Marketing Plan for the first time!Example: If your Leader reaches the 8% level for the first time (earning 50 points), you will receive 25 points.

*Applications are accepted, and points are awarded only if you have achieved the Director level or higher in the most recently closed period. Both confirmed and unconfirmed statuses are eligible.
