โ๏ธMonday, 21.04 – day off. The warehouse is closed, couriers do not deliver, and customer support is also offline. (the whole team is off for the holiday)
Now, here's our May holiday schedule:
๐ Thursday, 01.05 – official public holiday. Everyone’s on a picnic — warehouse, couriers, and support are all off.
โ ๏ธ Friday, 02.05 – the warehouse is working ๐ช, but couriers might be hard to find (semi-holiday). Customer support operates as usual.
๐ซ Saturday, 03.05 – customer support is offline. We're out recharging in nature ๐ผ
๐ฆ Monday, 05.05 – work resumes, but some delays may occur after the long weekend. Couriers might be in "slow turtle ๐ข" mode. Support team is online as normal.
